Gay Fraser, former executive officer of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal
Gay Fraser is a former Deputy Secretary of the Medical Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (1987-1996), Secretary of the Medical Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal (1996-2004) and Executive Officer / Manager of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal (2004- 2022). Ms Fraser will speak on her extensive experience working with tribunal panels (both: lawyers and health practitioners), her personal observation of parties, stand-out cases, themes, changes over the last ~35 years (and other tales).
